The practice of yoga gradually leads the student to rediscover his or her fullest potential on all levels of human
consciousness - physical, psychological and spiritual. Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (driste), one gains control of the senses and a deeper awareness of self. This style of yoga is very physical and is geared toward people that are in relatively good physical shape!

Wednesdays. Relaxation Yoga is a non-competitive approach to physical fitness utilizing strength, flexibility stamina and proper body alignment. An added emphasis is placed on breathing and relaxation facilitating tension and stress relief while learning and practicing yoga.
