from the historic town common, central to art galleries, unique shops, cafes and restaurants. We offer a warm, safe, space for students to practice and relax. Our class schedule includes morning, evening and Saturday morning group yoga classes for beginner to intermediate students.

Siobhan Connelly and Nicole Colindres are both experienced practitioners with different yoga personalities though
they anchor through similar beliefs. They created Suddha Studio as a means to develop their ideas as practitioner-teachers. Suddha means 'simple' or 'unblemished/uncomplicated' in Sanskrit. Their aim is to provide a studio where the people in their community can share in practice. That's it. Simple. They both work to encourage self-teaching and growth, independence, and positivity with the practitioners who work with them. These intentions are important so students don't simply rely on the teacher for understanding and confidence. Rather, the student and teacher both meet in the middle while on the mat. Students try their best and the teacher tries her best. Their classes end up pretty awesome that way. Namaste!

I teach in the traditional Iyengar style yoga with hands-on adjustments. Everyone is welcome. I’m skilled in teaching
to all physical conditions, including athletes looking for a challenge, at the same time. I also teach restorative/healing yoga including meditation at the end of class. Yoga Offerings: Partner Yoga, Yoga Introduction, Yoga Therapy for Common Conditions, Group Yoga Classes
