If you have back pain, neck pain, knee pain or a crazy-busy mind, you need Svaroopa® yoga, our specialty. Your class
begins with a guided relaxation and yogic breathing process. Each pose targets a specific part of your spine, to unravel your core tensions, creating space between your vertebrae and for your internal organs. You end with another guided relaxation. From your first class, you can tell that this stuff works. Yoga International described Svaroopa® yoga, “Svaroopa® yoga is not exercise. You don't need exercise. You need a scientific maximization of your body's capacity, dissolving the tensions that inhibit your body's natural functioning and inherent healing capacity.” Private yoga therapy sessions are also available.
