Classes include asana practice (postures & movement), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and deep relaxation.

Instructor is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, through the Yoga Alliance, and certified to teach Senior yoga. Lori teaches yoga at various locations in South Jersey and is a Mindfulness Based Stress Management instructor for the Penn Program for Mindful Living. She has had extensive training in yoga and meditation over the course of 18 years.
