With classes every day of the week at various levels, we offer yoga for beginners to intermediate students many times
of the day and weekend. Drop-ins are always available as we do not pre-register, allowing students the ultimate freedom in coming to classes that work for their schedule. We offer many yoga teacher trainings throughout the year for 200-hour Hatha or Vinyasa as well as advanced 500-hour modules for ongoing feedback, training and mentoring. Our experienced teachers are all certified through yoga alliance, as well as have passed many certifications. At HWP, we offer early morning, evening and weekend wellness yoga classes, private sessions and workshops for kids,
teens and adults at two locations in Monroe and Holmdel. The yoga postures covered in each class are as follows: warm-up exercises, standing postures, sitting postures, prone postures, forward and backward bends (levels 1 and 2), supine postures, balance postures, spinal twists, inversions, abdominal exercises, sun salutation, and side bending postures. Each class begins with breathing exercises and ends in a meditation session.
