Centering the mind through meditation and breath work (pranyama), the main focus in class is the practice of asana,
or postures, and their therapeutic benefit for the body. A variety of postures and flows, including standing, sitting and slight inversions are taught, focusing on proper alignment and developing a yoga practice for optimal health and vitality. All ages and abilities welcome
Hot Yoga will prove effective in developing strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, coordination, energy, and
for reducing stress. The room is heated to warm the muscles and prevent injuries. It will also aid in flushing toxins from your body as you practice. Our Hot classes are a relatively strenuous type of yoga, providing a cardio workout along with strength and flexibility training. We also offer a less strenuous Restorative yoga, along with guided relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra. This yoga is warm, not Hot room. Teacher training is a rewarding experience which prepares and certifies you to instruct yoga classes, or as a channel to deepen your personal practice.

As well, a amazing workout with steady repetitions and the dynamics of supersets, that combined the movements designed to isolate individual muscle groups so you get more muscle for less sweat.
