I teach an energizing and vigorous vinyasa class and am currently accepting new students for private lessons, group
classes and corporate settings. My approach to yoga focuses heavily on the yogic principles and how we can work on our spiritual, emotional and mental selves through our physical asana practice. My classes leave my students feeling enriched and invigorated.

Class starts out with
an anti-rheumatic series, a simple yet very powerful set of joint freeing exercise followed by traditional postures designed to stretch, tone and balance the body, finishing with deep relaxation. Anthony supplies many variations enabling all levels to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Students are encouraged to move at an individual pace taking breaks as need. It has been said, less is more.
Anthony shares with each class his knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, yoga psychology and yoga physiology to create a safe and stress free environment for self-exploration. Each class emphasizes body, breath, mental awareness and deep relaxation.
Anthony is an Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher, a LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, and Personal Trainer. He is a current member of the International Yoga Therapist Association, the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has been practicing for 10 years and continues to study, utilizing self-exploration and academic theory, in order to deepen his understanding of the body, mind and spirit.

I left my career as an attorney to follow the path of yoga and to discover my true calling. Tired of feeling overwhelmed
and disconnected, I desired a life that would allow me to be present and invested in my work and family. I found purpose through teaching yoga and discovered a deep passion for helping others live their best lives. I believe in wholehearted, purposeful living and love working with individuals, groups and companies looking to foster complete wellness in mind, body, spirit and business. In addition to my yoga training, I am currently studying positive psychology and am an avid supporter of optimal, authentic living. My classes, workshops and private sessions combine the ancient science of yoga with the modern science of positive psychology to foster true transformation and integrated wellbeing. Carrie teaches several group classes a week at area studios and is available to teach private, group and corporate classes.
Romy integrates her training in Iyengar, Anusara and Kundalini Yoga into a Vinyasa Style Asana practice. She uses
music, poetry, dance and hands-on assist to make classes fun and challenging while emphasizing careful attention to alignment. In addition to teaching yoga and other group fitness classes, Romy offers private yoga instruction, kids’ yoga, instructs athletes on the benefits of yoga by giving workshops at sports camps.

With classes every day of the week at various levels, we offer yoga for beginners to intermediate students many times
of the day and weekend. Drop-ins are always available as we do not pre-register, allowing students the ultimate freedom in coming to classes that work for their schedule. We offer many yoga teacher trainings throughout the year for 200-hour Hatha or Vinyasa as well as advanced 500-hour modules for ongoing feedback, training and mentoring. Our experienced teachers are all certified through yoga alliance, as well as have passed many certifications. At Driftwood Water Adventures our goal is to share our passion for the outdoors while providing safe, exciting opportunities,
such as kayaking, paddle boarding, Paddlefit and SUP yoga classes. We operate throughout the summer months offering rentals, private and group classes and outings as well as SUP Yoga Teacher Training Certification. We also sell kayaks and paddle boards.
