We offer yoga classes for all levels and all ages. All classes are based on finding your truth and harmony in an intimate
and nurturing setting. Drop-in vinyasa flow classes are held throughout the year and include Introduction to Yoga, Level 1, 2 and 3 classes, Prenatal Yoga, kids and family yoga, yoga for cancer patients, and meditation.
Structural Yoga Therapy classes are offered as workshops. These classes use a one-on-one approach to address pain and discomfort in your body from misalignment or injury. Relief from pain due to scoliosis, sciatica, herniated disks, low back pain, shoulder injuries, breathing difficulties and stress-related symptoms can be found throughout this multi-faceted approach. Find your personal yogic path that will carry you to spiritual growth and health.
The 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training/yoga immersion program is run annually from September through June. The next Yoga Immersion/Teacher Training Informational Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 28 at 10:30 am. If you are interested in the Teacher Training/Yoga Immersion class beginning in September, please come to this meeting. Bring your questions! We will have an informal introduction. A 7-day Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy workshop with AmaryJyothi and guest teacher Sally Miller will be held in July. All levels of interest and ability are welcome. Yoga Alliance CEU's are available for teachers and therapists. We will learn some powerful healing and balancing vinyasas and explore how each of us can understand our own dominant dosha. You will learn how to detect signs of imbalance in ourselves and then be shown techniques to regain our own balance. The workshop is divided into 4 blocks.

Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla has been practicing and teaching Ayurveda since 1988. He began his eight-year course of study
in Ayurvedic medicine at the age of 17, first at Nagarjuna University and then at Gujarat Ayurved University in India, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda. He traveled extensively throughout Europe, West Indies and North America for seven years, practicing and teaching Ayurveda. He teaches therapeutic yoga and the application of Ayurvedic principles and knowledge for yoga teachers and practitioners. Dr. Shekhar in depth Ayurvedic and Panchakarma training and treatment programs in India.
