The Morris K9 Campus in Randolph will host Doga for Beginners and Advanced(Yoga for Humans and Dog) on December 8th.
Classes are from 12:30pm to 2:30pm for Beginners and 2:45pm to 4:00pm for Advanced.
The class incorporates the dogs into yoga poses to make it a relaxing experience for both the human and canine companion.

I fell in love with Yoga when I realized after taking Yoga classes not only did my body feel stronger, but I felt relaxed and as though my stress, even if temporarily, went away. I was so amazed by the positive changes in my mind and body that I wanted to share the experience with others through teaching. I received my 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certifications from Yoga Sutra for Life, lead by my Guru, Ranjitha Sandeep. In addition to teaching Yoga, I run a marketing business (Little Big Mouth Marketing) and I greatly enjoy volunteering for the local guide dog organization for the blind (The Seeing Eye).
