Highly creative and relentless motivator, Marie is results
oriented. She teaches a gentle and restorative yoga program that can augment and heighten your pursuit of better health and energized longevity. As both a professional athlete and leading aesthetician with her own line of skincare, she has the knowledge for the attainment of inner balance and outer beauty. She teaches her students that yoga is the primary tool as an anti-aging strategy. Currently Marie teaches privately, as well as at Juluka Yoga Studio in Hillsdale and URTC-Upper Ridgewood Tennis Club in Ridgewood, NJ.
Jane Silane is a certified Jivamukti Yoga instructor who specializes in prental and postnatal yoga. She directs the
prenatal/postnatal yoga program at Valley Hospital with classes held at Destination Maternity and the Kraft Center in Paramus, NJ; also teaching at The Prenatal Yoga Center in NYC, at Ballet Arts in Oradell, NJ, as well as private sessions.
Dahn Yoga is a unique method which teaches students to accumulate and circulate energy through the body while calming
