Essence of Self combines the essence of authentic Indian panchakarma massage (learned through her training in India) with the optimal yogic experience.

We offer hatha based yoga classes seven days a week. Various styles of yoga are incorporated into our teaching. We offer restorative,gentle,mixed level and int/adv yoga.All our teachers are certified through yoga alliance and continue their study of yoga by attending various workshops throughout the year

Mindful Body LLC is a Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance. We offer a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training Course several times per year. Upon completion of all requirements, trainees receive a Certificate which can be submitted to the Yoga Alliance for registration.

iflow Yoga is a modern eclectic blend of the best of many different styles of yoga. ifow honors past lineages and traditions while evolving and moving forward with the current of the new age. iflow Yoga Immersion Retreats & Teacher Training are offered as four 1-week Modules that can be taken separately or combined to complete your RYT 200Hr Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training. The next retreats are offered in February & March 2013 in Ubud, Bali.

Georgia is certified in Yoga, Belly Dancing, Rock Climbing and Reiki
Georgia’s journey to becoming a yoga instructor began when her mother had Beth Nolan come to her home once a week back in 2000 for private instruction. During the summer of 2008 Georgia and her mother became certified Reiki Practitioners together. Later that year Georgia found and held on to the sport of Rock Climbing. She found that climbing kept her in the moment unlike anything else she had ever done (besides yoga). Holding a job at the rock gym, instructing private lessons, coaching and climbing the real thing Georgia developed a love of the human body and realized how we take it for granted. She began to realize that although she was getting stronger and stronger her muscles were also getting tighter and began practicing yoga again to increase her flexibility and loosen up. Georgia started to notice she was feeling different. Usually suffering from sever anxiety, she was able to manage it better. In 2011 Georgia graduated from Ramapo College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and minors in Philosophy and Psychology. Georgia’s love for teaching and helping others motivated her to complete her 200-hour yoga training, as a Rethink Yoga Instructor, under the instruction of Kim Shand and Sharon Manner. Yoga is a powerful vehicle for change. In January at the Yoga Journal Conference Georgia was introduced to tribal belly dancing. Being a "hard belly" from the core work of climbing and yoga she was unable to relax (stick out) her belly. After teaching a yoga class for a grand opening in her town she met Shevon James who agreed to train her as a tribal (cardio) belly dance instructor.
