Classic yoga postures that exercise every part of the body, stretching and toning the muscles, the joints and the spine. Balancing strength and flexibility, mind and emotions. You will learn effective stress reducing practices such as gentle stretching, breathing, simple meditation and relaxation exercise. If you enjoy another sport or have any physical disabilities or limitations, I design the class to address your specific needs. The Morris K9 Campus in Randolph will host Doga for Beginners and Advanced(Yoga for Humans and Dog) on December 8th.
Classes are from 12:30pm to 2:30pm for Beginners and 2:45pm to 4:00pm for Advanced.
The class incorporates the dogs into yoga poses to make it a relaxing experience for both the human and canine companion.
