Original Hot Yoga of South Jersey is a studio that is committed to personal growth, exploration, and healing. We are dedicated to helping students physically and mentally heal their bodies by detoxifying, de stressing, and stimulating the cells, muscles, and organs of the body.
We use this yoga as a means of physical exercise that is designed to heal the body in what ever condition it may be in. We are passionate about creating a place of peace and positive energy that makes all feel welcome. It is intended to make you the strongest person you can be to better help you move about your everyday life.
Consists of easy movements, long stretches and deep breathing, meant to calm and revitalize. The class moves at a gentler
pace with thorough instruction and attention to detail. Students begin to understand the fundamental principles of breathing and yoga postures. The class includes Mantra chanting (Sanskrit sound formula for well-being) and ends with a delicious relaxation pose (Shavasana). The class is created to offer the experience of traditional, spiritual and transformative aspects of a yoga practice where you will be encouraged to listen to the song that is uniquely you. This class is appropriate for students of every ability, age, and fitness level. No prior knowledge of Yoga required.

Classically trained in ballet, Meg Zirm translates her love of movement to teaching ballet barre, yoga & Pilates.
A student of Yoga & Pilates for 15 years, Meg’s interest in Eastern philosophies deepens her own practice and complements her teaching. She believes in living a wholly natural, healthy “yoga life.” Meg’s creative yoga style grew it’s roots from Classical, Ashtanga yoga and draws from her studies in Anusara, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini. She specializes in working with prenatal & postpartum women.
Certified in Yoga, Pilates & Anatomy, Meg emphasizes that the strength and center of any movement begin at the body’s core. She translates her classical training, knowledge, and love of movement into each discipline.
Meg currently lives just outside of Philadelphia and teaches Yoga, Pilates & Ballet Barre work in Haddofield, Collingswood & Mt Laurel, NJ. She is also available for online & in-home sessions.

Currently offering 22 weekly classes, ranging from Basics/Beginner/Gentle, to All Levels,
and Intermediate. Teachers have training/skills in mutiple methodologies, including Kripalu style, Classical Hatha Yoga, Svaroopa Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga. The Center also sponsors a 200 and Advanced 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher training program.
