Our teachers are special people who are passionate about yoga and far surpass the training required to be certified with Yoga Alliance. Parking is exceptional with street parking in the front, and a large private lot right behind the building. You will see a small Yoga Inspired sign at our back parking lot, once in the lot you can park in any space that says for 51 South Broadway Offices. (That's us!)

Yoga is an integrative practice that creates balance in the body through strength and flexibility in a series of poses. Yoga connects movement to breath, helping to quiet the mind and calm the individual. A consistent practice can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve heart function.
Join us on Wednesdays at 5pm at the Bellefonte Healing Center for yoga led by Melissa E. Kirk. Melissa believes that everybody can benefit from yoga and stays in tune with her students to make the experience safe and rewarding. All are welcome and beginners are encouraged to participate in the intimate class setting at the Bellefonte Healing Center.

Barbara Paulsen, E-RYT has been practicing yoga since 1992. Certified by the Center for Yoga and the Samata Yoga Center
in Los Angeles, California she has an eclectic background in Hatha Yoga. Her training with Larry Payne, PhD. is inspired by the teachings of T.K.V. Desikarachar. She is also massage therapist, reiki master and has advance training in pranic healing.
Barbara founded In Balance Yoga with the steadfast motivation to remind students that peace and happiness lie within each of us. It is her absolute conviction that when we turn our attention to the inner wisdom of our heart, we are shown the way to a balanced life.
I currently teach Hatha Yoga and a self-created Meditation Class at the Virtua Wellness Center in Sewell, NJ. This
class takes place every Sunday morning from 9:30-10:25. Every week, we explore various types of meditation, and Restorative Yoga as well. Reiki is also incorporated into some of these sessions. Feel free to email me to receive a free pass to this beautiful center for the day.
I also teach a recurring 8 week Gentle Yoga Class Series at the Glassboro Park and Recreation Center. The next session begins on Tuesday, May 6th, 2014 and it runs it runs from from 6:30-8:45 p.m. The price is only $45 for the entire series, and just $7 for the drop-in fee. This is open to all residents from Glassboro and surrounding areas. Each Tuesday night, we step into a nature scene that I project onto a flat screen television. It really is the cheapest way to travel!
In addition, I am available during the summertime to teach Private Sessions or small groups in the privacy of your own home, and Corporate classes as well. Please contact me to learn how you can create a personalized type of class which can include any combination of the following modalities: Hatha Yoga, Meditation, pranayama, Reiki, and Aromatherapy to create deep peace and better relationships with your friends/colleagues. I will travel up to a 30 miles one way from Sewell, NJ.
