Gloria has lived and taught at the well-known Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts and has taught in New York, California, Massachusetts and now New Mexico. She has over 18 years of experience as a body worker and has earned a degree from the Ohashiatsu School in Shiatsu. She is uniquely qualified to work with people from all walks of life, including those with special needs.

Kid's Video: Keep Breathin’ is a fun, interactive music video for children which can be used at home or in schools. It is designed to inspire kids, ages 3-13, to be aware of their breath. The exercises help kids to increase self-esteem, inner-strength, balance and concentration.
I have been studying and enjoying yoga since 1995, and began teaching in 1998. I teach what is known as Hatha Yoga.
Hatha Yoga means a balanced joining of the body, mind and spirit into a harmonious whole.
My teaching style promotes a relaxed, non-competitive environment. I chose Yoga Heals as a name for my style of instruction because I believe in yoga's strong healing powers. Yoga reaches out to each part of us, our mind and spirit, our body and our heart. My classes are appropriate for students of mixed levels.
Marie-Aude Préau (RYT - 200hr) is an inspiring teacher with 17 years of experience; she brings to the mat a wealth
