Linda Wallace is a certified Kripalu-inspired yoga instructor with over 14 years teaching experience, and has also trained in Iyengar-style yoga. She is certifed at the professional level (500 hour) and is a teacher with Atlantic Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT).
The Mount Fitness Centre offers Yoga, Pilates, fitness, dance and martial art classes throughout the year. Yoga and

AYTT is a well established yoga teacher training in the Kripalu Tradition, conducted in weekend modules for a total
of 200 hours. Kripalu Yoga is known as meditation-in-motion and combines the disciplines of Hatha Yoga (physical disciplines - asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and ayurveda), Raja Yoga (concentration and meditation) and Bhakti yoga (chanting). For more details go to www.aytt.ca
