yoga with students in Western Connecticut. In 1994 we offered yoga, meditation and wellness programs to fortune 500 coporations in the area and still do today! IN 2001, YOGA ALLIANCE REGISTERED LOTUS GARDENS AS THE FIRST 200 HOUR YOGA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IN CT and we have shared this blissful experience with over 350 graduates. WE OFFER 200 HOUR WEEKEND CERTIFICATIONS CANTON & SHERMAN, CT. And we are still growing... ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING programs such as STAND UP PADDLE BOARD YOGA, YIN,RESTORATIVE & ANATOMY ALL FOR YOGA TEACHERS. Shivaraj (Doug) is a 500-hour Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. He has been practicing Yoga since 1972. His teaching
embraces all levels from beginner to advanced. Classes are typically 1 to 1 1/2 hours and include centering, joint-freeing movements (pavanmuktasana), postures (asana), breath regulation (pranayama), deep relaxation (pratyahara), concentration (dharana), and meditation (dhyana).
