Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga, is a style of yoga developed by Bikram Choudhury. Bikram Yoga is ideally practiced
in a room heated to 105?F (40.5?C) with a humidity of 40%. Classes are guided by specific dialogue including 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Classes last approximately 90-minutes. People of all levels, ages and body types practice and start together as this is a beginning yoga class.

Queens location. Our classes are small, and each student receives individual attention. Beginners move ahead rapidly here but we are also known for our never-fail method of teaching the headstand and its variations. Our fee is $85 for two months of classes; $10 discount for full-time students, seniors and couples. Your two months begin when you begin, but you can always try a class before signing up.
