Shivani/Irena has been teaching Yoga for 13 years. She is a Sivananda Vedanta certified instructor and has participated
in the Teacher Training Certification Program with Sri Dharma Mittra in 1999. Shivani has developed a way to accomodate beginners to advanced practicioners within the same setting to make the student feel that they can be comfortable within their own practice and their own physiucal body. Shivani also works with eldery students with physical disabilities.

I have practiced Yoga for 20+ years. I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance,
and have achieved the designation of E-RYT. My teaching style is sutiable for all levels and offers modifications for the more challenging postures. We will breathe, stretch, strengthen, meditate and enjoy.
Kashmir Hands is an ALL LEVEL Yoga Studio.
Please do not be intimidated from coming to any class. Modifications of
postures can always be made. At Kashmir Hands, you will be encouraged to challenge yourself but you will never be forced into anything. Your practice is YOUR practice!
