of every one. We welcome all that want to be aware of the many modalities of natural healing. It is wonderful to practice at home but it is an enlightening experience to practice with other like minded people. We are always here for questions and support. Ananda on the Hudson provides Kripalu (meaning compassion) yoga for all levels of students including beginners, pre-natal
and kids. We also provide private lessons in your home or ours. Our rates are reasonable and in some cases negotiable. We believe that no one should be excluded from the benefits of yoga due to cost. Healing Reiki services are also available. Personal transformation begins with compassion.

Come experience Classic Hatha Yoga at the Monroe Yoga Center. Hatha Yoga is based on the ancient yogic wisdom, practiced
also for improving health and longevity. We teach in a relax atmosphere, letting the participants take a journey of discoveries into their bodies and souls. Competitiveness is discouraged. We each have our own body and work with it the best way that fits the body at any given time. Whether you seek relaxation, flexibility, improved health, or spiritual paths, Yoga can give you what you wish. Classes include Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Gentle Yoga.
Daily Hatha Yoga classes offered by Ananda Ashram staff are taught according to several yogic styles, incorporating
