Inward Office is a traveling yoga studio that offers both yoga and other fitness courses for the workplace. They
specialize in the stress relieving benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, using the MELT Method as created by Sue Hitzmann. MELT is designed to manage upper back, neck, and carpal tunnel discomfort as well as sciatic nerve and lower back pain within a 20 minute session. Special topic classes: yoga for anxiety and depression, chair yoga, yoga for caregivers, yoga & reflexology, and mindful yoga.
