Class size is small to allow for personal attention, care & safety. Private sessions also available. I am also a Reiki Master and can speak to you about that :)
Natalie is the founder and owner of "Yoga at the Lily Pad" in Boston, MA and leads her own yoga classes in Mount Sinai,
NY. Natalie holds space for safety and intimacy with her students and limits the class size to 4-5 people. Natalie teaches yoga to help others free themselves from physical or psychological suffering and open them up to their authenticity! She infuses mindfulness meditation, quotes, and inspirational poetry into her classes. She leads seasonal Yoga Retreats in Vermont to help others unwind and re-connect to nature.

more than 175 times certifying more than 1,800 teachers.
The Yoga Teacher Certification Courses are registered with Yoga Alliance for both 200-hour and 500-hour programs. These are turnkey courses that can help turn your passion for yoga into right livelihood through full- or part-time teaching. The courses will show you what to teach and how to teach (using a beginner through advanced 42 week/40 year time-tested model) and are compatible with all styles of hatha yoga. In addition, the course teaches the often-overlooked elements of running a yoga business.

YogaJai is an eclectic mix of vinyasa and sivananda styles. After over a decade of studying with many teachers, I
have developed my own unique style. Periods of rest are laced throughout the class, encouraging internal connection with the poses. It is taught in a warm room. I teach at The Setauket Neighborhood House as well as Remedy Fitness, both located in East Setauket, NY. I also host "Yoga Parties", at private homes and at The Neighborhood House. One on one instruction is offered and caters to each individual's need. Hands on adjustments are used to enhance the instruction.
