(Devi Veenanand). We are committed to providing our students a foundation in traditional, lineage-based Tantra and Kriya, while incorporating some of the best aspects of contemporary Neo-Tantra.
We are a devoted married couple and have been teaching Tantra together since 1999. Their first book "The Essence of Tantric Sexuality" (Llewellyn, 2006) won the USA Book News National Best Books 2007 Award in the Health: Sexauality category. They have recently released their second book, "Tantra for Erotic Empowerment: The Key to Enriching Your Sexual Life" (Llewellyn 2008), a Virginia Festival of the Book selection, 2008 Indie Excellence Awards finalist in New Age Non-Fiction and USA Book News National Best Books 2008 Award winner in the Health: Sexauality category.

Spectacular views entice the senses as you stretch and pose overlooking the Hudson River from the lawns at Boscobel, truly one of the most picturesque and serene settings in the Hudson Valley. Taught by internationally certified instructor, Ellen Forman, this class fits the needs of all levels. Ellen emphasizes the inward journey and the profound healing effects of yoga on the mind, body and spirit; yoga’s numerous benefits include improved flexibility, endurance, and strength. Vinyasa Yoga is a series of flowing movement sequences coordinated with rhythmic breathing. In every class I integrate
many principles of yoga, as well as the relaxed wakefulness of Buddhist mindfulness meditation. I use a variety of meditative and asana inspired music to keep your flow focused. You will depart feeling calm, refreshed and centered. All levels are welcome. private session by appointment.
