At Core Fitness Ltd, we teach Hatha yoga, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and reducing stress. Our style
of Hatha yoga can be thought of as “flow” yoga because the poses move fluidly, with breath, from one pose to the next. Linking the poses in this way creates strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance for greater health and mental awareness. Many of the poses have different levels to them which make this practice wonderful for beginner, intermediate, and advance clients alike. Namaste
The Yoga Studio is operated by certified Instructor Judy Myers RYT. The home studio is tucked away in a private rural
setting. Basic and intermediate classes are offered. Satellite classes located at"The Link" main street Carey. Therapeutic private sessions by appointment. Moving with the breath to reduce or eliminate pain.
Yoga to us is so much more than exercise, it truly is one of the best therapies...it teaches the individual to heal
their own body through movement. The Sanskrit word "Yoga" translates to "Union" and it does just that...teaching all the systems of the body to unify creating health! It doesn't matter how flexible you are, how old you are, or if you have injuries...anyone can do Yoga...anytime is the right time to start and we truly believe you will never regret this investment in your health and therefore happiness!
In our yoga classes at New World Holistics you will learn the alignment principles behind each pose, so you leave feeling more confident and connected to your body with every class. We always try to offer a class environment with lots of personal attention from your teacher. Classes typically run 75 or 90 minutes and always end with a good final relaxation pose with optional few minutes massage by an L.M.T. You will leave class free of stress, with the knowledge to take your yoga practice anywhere...whether to another class or just you and your mat in Mother Nature!
