Restoring Light Yoga has been a dream of mine for years. I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor
for many years. I have been interested in Yoga since I was about 12 years old and have always found myself coming back to it when my life needed something. Yoga has always brought me light in those dark times and I am blessed to be able to share that light with others. In the last five years, I decided to make my hobby and passion my career. I have been blessed with so many opportunities to attend trainings in several different styles of Yoga, with several different teachers along the way. In 2012, I amazed myself when I made it to India, which was another dream. I believe continuing education in Yoga is the key of being a good instructor and have made it a point to learn as much as I can so that I can share it with you. My plan is to be a lifetime student of Yoga. 2013 I completed my 500 RYT in Yoga Therapy in Canada. I also attended Integral Yoga Academy in New York for the YCAT (Yoga for People with Cancer and Chronic Illness ) Program. I am very proud to be one of the few certified Yoga Therapists in Ohio. In 2013, I became a 200 E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. My profile can be found at: http://www.yogaalliance.org/TeacherPublicProfile?tid=10935 Specialty classes that I have taught include, Senior Chair Yoga,Teens, Kids, Mommy's to Be, Body Builders, Yoga for Overweight Bodies, Yoga for Weight Loss, Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Pain, Yoga for Depression and Anxietyand Restorative classes. I believe that every person can benefit from Yoga in one way or another and want to share what I have learned with everyone.
Heather Church, E-RYT 200, is certified in Integrative Yoga Therapy and teaches from this perspective, as well as

Practices are always well rounded, challenging students to find their edge while respecting their bodies and most classes are heart-centered, philosophy based and introspective in nature.
