Amanda Casey is inspired by the teachings of B.K.S Iyengar and teachings reflect this. In class students should expect
to hold postures for a longer period of time then in most traditional yoga classes and to use a variety of yoga props. Emphasis is given to posture, alignment, and the internal body. All levels welcome

for Beginners who would like an introduction to postures at their own pace; Practitioners who would like to be more mindful of the alignment of their postures; Seasoned practitioners who would like to take their practice further and begin incorporating more advanced postures into their practice; and Individuals who suffer from arthritis, lower back pain, weak abdominal muscles, etc. and who are looking for a restorative sequence. Classes provided are Hatha Flow, Restorative with strong focus on hip openers and Power Vinyasa. Workshops available for more advanced postures such as Headstand and Shoulderstand series.

Vibrant Living Yoga is a holistic and intense style of yoga flow that incorporates meditation, pranayama and the dedication
of ones practice. Gentle and intro to yoga classes are offered for beginners or less mobile people in addition to intermediate power classes. Pre natal classes are offered when a group of 5 women register. Studio is located off old HWY 26 (now Beachwood Rd)between Collingwood and Wasaga Beach for easy access and free parking.
