Deb Cunningham has been teaching classes at Body and Soul Yoga for over 12 years. A small and intimate studio with
12 student maximum. Classes are offered 6 days weekly with morning, afternoon and evening classes. Most classes are mixed level however a gentler class and restorative class is now being offered. . Private classes can be arranged upon availability.

Sarah is an experienced, certified and internationally registered Yoga teacher (RYT) with an extensive background in different styles of Yoga. She combines the precision from her Iyengar training, the flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa and her extensive chakra practice from Kundalini Yoga into a playful class adding new dimensions to the practice of yoga.
