Living Yoga & Health offers all levels of classes and workshops for students and teachers in the Southwestern Ontario
area. The studio is located in downtown Guelph (75 minutes from Toronto). There are currently 29 classes to choose from including Yoga Over 50, Restorative and Gentle Yoga classes for those who are recovering their health or would simply enjoy a gentler experience of breathing, movement and relaxation. Jayelle, who directs the studio is also a registered physiotherapist. Special workshops include Yoga for Childbirth, Family Yoga, Yoga & Meditation, Treat Your Feet, and more.

Our technique is alignment based to ensure both safety and optimal flow of prana and fluids within the body. Our approach is one of light-heartedness to allow students to feel comfortable and at ease while gently guiding them toward their full potential. A variety of levels are offered to allow the student to choose the most appropriate level and type of class to meet their needs.
I teach from four styles - Iyengar, Sivananda, Kripalu and Ashtanga. My own unique blend of these styles results in
a yoga class with as much challenge as relaxation, strength as flexibility, body alignment as inner awareness. I enjoy helping people learn precision in each yoga pose, re-learning patterns of movement so they are moving from core strength and optimal alignment, the way bodies are originally designed to move. I guide a relaxation and meditation at the end of every class, helping people connect with a deeper awareness. I also teach children's and youth classes.

class can be a more vigorous routine, using a flowing sequence of postures to generate body heat, which purifies the body through sweating and deep breathing. Classes are modified for all student levels. Natasha infuses her decade long practice with her dance training for an invigorating yet focused experience. At the Self Centre we practice balance through movement and breath.
