Hatha yoga is the oldest and most popular form of yoga, dating back to the 15th century. We offer smaller classes
which provides a richer more personalized experience of yoga. Many people find themselves lost in a large studio class, unsure they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor.

Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness ability and flexibility. Beginners will enjoy the benefit of guided instruction, while variations are provided to challenge more experienced students. Each class is 75 minutes in length and require pre-registration.

Located in the heart of the Kawartha's with classes available in Lindsay and Dunsford, Ontario. Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge with over 15 years as a Registered Nutritionist specializing in digestive health, women's health, hormonal balance, food intolerance testing and darkfield microscopy.
