for Beginners who would like an introduction to postures at their own pace; Practitioners who would like to be more mindful of the alignment of their postures; Seasoned practitioners who would like to take their practice further and begin incorporating more advanced postures into their practice; and Individuals who suffer from arthritis, lower back pain, weak abdominal muscles, etc. and who are looking for a restorative sequence. Classes provided are Hatha Flow, Restorative with strong focus on hip openers and Power Vinyasa. Workshops available for more advanced postures such as Headstand and Shoulderstand series.
