Path to Stillness Yoga studio has been offering a mindful approach to yoga in the City of Kawartha Lakes since 2004.

Hatha yoga is the oldest and most popular form of yoga, dating back to the 15th century. We offer smaller classes
which provides a richer more personalized experience of yoga. Many people find themselves lost in a large studio class, unsure they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor.
Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness ability and flexibility. Beginners will enjoy the benefit of guided instruction, while variations are provided to challenge more experienced students. Each class is 75 minutes in length and require pre-registration.
