Marina has practiced Yoga for 40 years and has over 15 years of full time teaching experience. an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hrs level with Yoga Alliance, a Registered Yin Yang Yoga Teacher with the Yin Yoga Institute, a Yoga and Ayurveda Health Educator with the American Institute of Vedic Studies, an Acupressure Practitioner with the Acupressure Institute of America and a Certified Qigong Instructor with the Qigong and Daoist Training Center.

professional level training. She has a registered 200hr Yoga School, Amrita Living Yoga, offering a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in Peterborough Ontario. She also specializes in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Dance, Prana Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and meditation. She offers Yoga Retreats in Ontario and Costa Rica.
