Moksha hot yoga is a unique yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional
yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility!

Hatha classes are taught by Laraine Lalita Holt RYT, certified Integral Yoga® instructor and registered with the Yoga Alliance, the regulatory body which governs Yoga teachers and holds them to strict levels of quality and training. Lalita is also a certified Yoga Therapist for Cancer & Chronic Illness. Formerly a professional ballet dancer, having performed with companies such as the National Ballet of Canada, Lalita’s association with Integral Yoga® began thirteen years ago when she first visited Satchidananda Ashram in Virginia. Since that time she has received instruction from senior Integral Yoga ® teachers, culminating in her graduation from Integral Yoga® Teacher Training. Lalita is one of the very few teachers in the GTA offering instruction in genuine Integral Yoga.
Meditation classes are taught by Krishna Holt, who began training in Integral Yoga® in 1980 and took initiation in 1981. He has spent nearly 30 years practicing the teachings of Integral Yoga, studying directly with Sri Swami Satchidananda and his senior monks for more than twenty-five years. In 1986 he was given the designation of Guru Tattwa Ratnam (Jewel of the Guru's Teachings), an award in recognition of a life devoted to the principles of Integral Yoga®.

She offers Akhanda Yoga classes for adults and teens and combines her Child and Youth worker experience, working with children and teens with autism and various disabilities, with her specialized yoga teacher training to offer individual sessions for kids & teens with autism or learning disabilities.
She is excited to combine her passion for yoga with her dedication to supporting individuals on their paths of mind and body development.
Akhanda Yoga is a holistic approach to teaching a hatha class with an emphasis on balanced sequencing of postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation, mantra and meditation.
