Elaine is a Kripalu trained yoga teacher (200 hr) and Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga certified teacher. She is a long time
mindfulness meditation practitioner. She teaches Gentle and beginner Hatha yoga classes at 142 Lake St., St Catharines and also offers private instruction. Elaine' s credo is Breathe, Stretch, Strengthen & Relax as she leads her classes through classical hatha postures. She encourages the development of non-judgmental awareness during yoga practice and in daily life. Elaine's intention is to guide her students to improved health, stress relief and deeper self understanding.
