A friendly family run studio providing Oxford County with affordable access to yoga and fitness classes. We have three
rooms to serve you and class sizes are smaller, so that you recieve personal attention from our teachers. The studio operates on a drop in basis for all our classes. We offer Hot Yoga, Power Hot, Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and family yoga. As well as several cardio fitness classes. We retail high quality yoga mats, meditation cushions, nag champa incense, hot yoga towels and more.

Stephanie is a Yoga Alliance RYT 500 teacher, as well a registered teacher with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. She teaches
hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yoga philosophy, Ashtanga-Vinyasa system of hatha yoga, meditation, Pranayama and yin yoga. Also she is trained in seniors yoga, yoga for kids, as well as pre and post natal. Her passion for yoga and all its wonders helps her inspire her students so they may discover their true nature and to live the happiest and healthiest life they can.

is the essence of the practice of yoga" Mary Jane has practiced yoga for over twenty years and is an Anusara Inspired Yoga Teacher. She is a current member of the Canadian Yoga Association, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500) with Yoga Alliance, and a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. Mary Jane owns a small Yoga Studio in Tillonburg where a variety of yoga classes are offered from beginner to experienced. Workshops for students and teachers are held at the Studio. She also trains yoga teachers and offers yoga retreats locally and abroad with the intention for each student to deepen their practice. Her sensitive and practical approach to yoga provides a unique opportunity to study and experience this ancient practice with gentleness, humour and compassion.
