Sheldon High School offers Ashtanga Yoga as part of the physical education program. Students enrolled in yoga class
receive an introduction to the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga including biomechanically sound instruction and practice in asana and pranayama. High school students are eligible to receive college credit through Lane Community College's "College Now" program. Classes meet daily for 83 minutes during each nine week session.
