My name is Robin Pollard. I received
my 200-hr. yoga instructor certification through Yoga Jane Training, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School in Orlando, Florida. I have studied holistic wellness and nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health and am a certified Level II Reiki practitioner.
My Stress Solutions private practice is primarily Counseling / Coaching, with my background in Yoga, Meditation, Contact
Improvisation Dance, and Massage all informing and enriching our work together. Individual or couples work is available, using Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a central framework.
My Yoga offering: Gentle, deep, slow, awareness-centered PRIVATE yoga instruction for all levels (no group classes currently, sorry). Sessions can focus on centering to warm-ups, traditional asanas, Yoga Nidra (deep release, a specialty of mine), special needs, and/or meditation, with attention to breath, alignment, awareness and safety.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a healing arts practitioner. Empowering her students towards preventative self-care and healthy living practices is what inspires her. Providing a solid foundation to develop and maintain well-being, Siobhan has seen students transform from stress, muscle pain and joint stiffness to relaxation, gracefulness,flexibility and pain relief.
Our studio name, Yogis, is dedicated to the students ( Yogi: one who practices yoga ). As practitioners of this ancient
Eastern tradition, we are all teachers as students, and students as teachers. The Hatha style of yoga is one that encompasses the physical form of yoga as well as the expanding elements of pranayama (breathing techniques), philosophy (Sutra studies), and karma (community contribution). We welcome all yogis, as our belief is, the only constant is change. Our bodies, our schedules, our lives are in perpetual, diverse motion. With that, our schedule of classes and sessions are specifically designed to accommodate the changing wheel of life.
We offer a complete schedule of ongoing classes, including Open, Intermediate, Hot, Gentle, Yin, and Vinyasa styles. Additionally, in our regular Sunday workshops, we bring focus and attention to poses, series, flows and styles (ie. Anusara, Partner, Restorative).
