Michelle has been a yoga practitioner since 2001 and a yoga instructor since 2007. Michelle appreciates the ever expanding growth and change she continues to receive through her yoga jouney. Ryan Crosby, MSW, RYT, has been a student of yoga for 16 years and has taught people of all ages, in a variety of settings. She brings a rich and varied background to her teaching, which is evident in her gentle yet energizing classes. Ryan is a certified Yoga Teacher and registered with The Yoga Alliance. She studied in India with the Himalayan Institute where she earned her 500 Level certification.

Prices vary by # of classes. Steve Fearing leads students through an Ashtanga style and Hatha yoga. He's practiced yoga for for 15 years and has taught for 10. He studied at Mount Madonna Center above Santa Cruz, California. When teaching, he comes from an approach to: lessen physical, mental, and emotional stress in life by practicing yoga asanas. Through it he finds a union (yoga, yoke) of calmness and strength that translates into everyday life. He leads an Alternative High school program at a Local High School, has a Master's in Teaching,a Bachelor's in Communication, and is certified in Conflict Resolution and Mediation.
Jo McMahon finished her certifications in 2 separate yoga programs, and she studied classes dealing with injurys, restorative, and yoga for people beginning yoga at an older age. She is also a Medical specialist for 2 local Doctors.
