Our studio name, Yogis, is dedicated to the students ( Yogi: one who practices yoga ). As practitioners of this ancient
Eastern tradition, we are all teachers as students, and students as teachers. The Hatha style of yoga is one that encompasses the physical form of yoga as well as the expanding elements of pranayama (breathing techniques), philosophy (Sutra studies), and karma (community contribution). We welcome all yogis, as our belief is, the only constant is change. Our bodies, our schedules, our lives are in perpetual, diverse motion. With that, our schedule of classes and sessions are specifically designed to accommodate the changing wheel of life.
We offer a complete schedule of ongoing classes, including Open, Intermediate, Hot, Gentle, Yin, and Vinyasa styles. Additionally, in our regular Sunday workshops, we bring focus and attention to poses, series, flows and styles (ie. Anusara, Partner, Restorative). We invite you to join us...enjoy and receive the many health benefits that yoga has to offer. We look forward to seeing you soon!
