Yoga at Simply Well is a professional yoga studio providing a variety of weekly classes, special events, & workshops.
We also offer prenatal yoga, group meditation and private and personal group yoga sessions.
Whether you are a brand new student, want to challenge yourself with a vigorous flow, relax with our deeply restorative classes, or learn about healthy eating, Yoga at Simply Well offers something for everyone. Our group yoga and pilates mat classes are taught by professional certified instructors. Our beautiful hard wood floor studio space offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to help you get away and experience the care and nurturing you deserve. Our studio, lined with vibrant plants and two fireplaces, gives the room a natural and inviting environment. Mats, towels, and extra props available at no cost.
For students, there is plenty of parking. You may park off street, in our parking lot behind the building accessed through Church Ave, or at the Pomfret St. Parking Garage. For off street parking, meters are active from 8-4 pm Monday-Friday. If you park directly behind our building, feel free to enter through the garden entrance in the rear. The Pomfret Street Parking Garage is located around the corner at 35 W. Pomfret St.

Yoga at Simply Well was founded in May of 2010 by Carlisle native Michele Landis. The studio is located on the second floor of the historic Noble mansion. Under the compassionate care of Simply Well's founder Eric Klinedinst, the stone building has been transformed into a thriving Wellness collaborative. A student of yoga for many years, Raymond offers the student a variety of styles blended into his teachings. Classes
are mixed level and are taught to beginners and experienced students. Yoga classes are taught with corporations, high schools and universities or colleges. Yoga Displays, Discussions and Demonstrations are done for Wellness Fairs and other events. The Yoga teachings are based on years of experience. A basic understanding of yoga is taught to establish a foundation for the student to grow from. Knowing the foundations of yoga helps to create a safe environment to develop confidence. Breathing Techniques along with Alignment Principles are a part of every class as well as moderate stretching and relaxation. Barefoot Yoga and Wellness Studio is an eco-friendly wellness studio in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We offer several
