Yoga at Simply Well is a beautifully natural lit Studio in downtown Historic Carlisle, PA. Our teaching space is located
on the second floor of a Wellness Center that offers Chiropractic care, Massage therapy and Woman's Health care. We offer a variety of classes that appeal to students of various ability levels. Our studio holds special workshops and events including monthly yoga posture clinics as well as introduction to yoga for beginners. All of our Instructors are professional trained from a 200 or more hour intensive program. Each teacher is Registered through Yoga Alliance, RYT. We make sure our students feel welcomed and are practicing safely to work towards their fullest potential. Beginners and Drop-ins always welcome. Barefoot Yoga and Wellness Studio is an eco-friendly wellness studio in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We offer several
styles of yoga such as Hatha, Kundalini, Gentle, Restorative and Vinyasa Flow. A student of yoga for many years, Raymond offers the student a variety of styles blended into his teachings. Classes
are mixed level and are taught to beginners and experienced students. Yoga classes are taught with corporations, high schools and at universities. Yoga Displays, Discussions and Demonstrations are done for Wellness Fairs and other events. The Yoga teachings are based on years of experience. A basic understanding of yoga is taught to establish a foundation for the student to grow from. Knowing the foundations of yoga helps to create a safe environment to develop confidence. Breathing Techniques along with Alignment Principles are a part of every class as well as moderate stretching and relaxation.
