beginners to experienced practitioners. In all classes, she creates a space of safety, professional guidance, personal exploration, and deep relaxation. Kimberly is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (CYT) and a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
We strive to make yoga fun to learn, energizing for your body, and soothing to your soul. We stress correct alignment
and building flexibility, balance, and concentration. Students are always encouraged, never intimidated. We offer general yoga classes for all levels, and private or group lessons to people with special conditions. We have YOGA FOR EVERY BODY!

All levels and styles are taught by experienced instructors committed to helping you begin, deepen and reinvigorate your yoga practice. A student of yoga for many years, Raymond offers the student a variety of styles blended into his teachings. Classes
are mixed level and are taught to beginners and experienced students. Yoga classes are taught with corporations, high schools and at universities. Yoga Displays, Discussions and Demonstrations are done for Wellness Fairs and other events. The Yoga teachings are based on years of experience. A basic understanding of yoga is taught to establish a foundation for the student to grow from. Knowing the foundations of yoga helps to create a safe environment to develop confidence. Breathing Techniques along with Alignment Principles are a part of every class as well as moderate stretching and relaxation. Barefoot Yoga and Wellness Studio is an eco-friendly wellness studio in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We offer several
