6 classes per week from Basics/Beginning to Level One and Level Two, with Gentle TriYoga and PreNatal TriYoga available
by request. Group classes or private sessions available. TriYoga is a method of practice in which breath and focus are united with flowing and sustained postures in systematized sequences. Fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. Sustained attention to alignment, flow and breath creates relaxation, strength, flexibility and well-being. The result is increased energy - physically, mentally, and spiritually – giving one the clarity to manifest one's life with greater awareness.
It is my humble desire to teach from a perspective that yoga is the healing of our perceptions. I integrate the sutras
and the 8 limbs through the physical, emotional and spiritual practice of yoga. My background is in music and sound healing and also connect mantra and chant into classes as well as lead kirtan in my area and surrounding region. Yoga is a transformational, healing practice where we show up with the desire to practice, cultivate awareness by observing the physical and emotional bodies with the understanding that we can surrender into the certainty that we are surrounded by Divine Compassion and Love.
