The practice of yoga connects us with our internal sense of how to use our body. In our classes you will be encouraged
to stretch and use muscles without unnatural strain and to regard breath and movement as equally important. Our highly qualified instructors will offer physical posture adjustments only to those who would like them. Our studio space holds about a dozen people comfortably, which is important for those who wish to have more individualized attention during a yoga class.

We are a small yoga studio just minutes from downtown Lancaster. We offer muti-level Vinyasa flow classes mornings
and evenings. In addition we have Slow Flow and Gentle Yoga for a more relaxing yoga practice. BYS also has Chair Yoga which is great for those who have limited mobility. Recently we added Yin Yoga as well as Restorative for longer holds with the use of props. Our Prenatal Yoga runs in 6 week sessions and lead by a doula.
The Yoga Place offers a variety of yoga classes in a peaceful studio setting. Classes range from restorative to advanced
with over 12 classes a week to choose from, including both mornings and evenings. All of our classes are based on the principles and philosophy of Hatha yoga. A variety of workshops and programs are also offered.
Yoga Instruction - Group and Individual Classes:
Kimberly lovingly supports a variety of yoga students from first-time
beginners to experienced practitioners. In all classes, she creates a space of safety, professional guidance, personal exploration, and deep relaxation. Kimberly is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (CYT) and a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
