This is a vinyasa style class suitable for all levels and experience. Taught by Cortny Kennick E-RYT-200. Classes
are Wednesday evening 6:30 - 7:30. This class is suitable for all levels but tends to be geared towards beginners as well as restorative yoga. We do experiment with many advanced postures such headstand and crow. Cortny also teaches prenatal classes at Moonglow Yoga in Greensburg, PA and subs in many surrounding studios.

and me, and kundalini yoga. Her instruction blends the metaphysical aspects of yoga with her love for creative movement, playful expression, and awakened breathing.
