I am currently offering intuitive private yoga and meditation instruction, energy healing work, and lifestyle consultation
services tailored to the individual's current challenges. My consultations will give you a personalized foundation for easy practices that can fit into a busy lifestyle. My instruction includes but is not limited to: yoga poses, lifestyle changes, a foundational meditation practice, chakra energy centers, energy healing, and focused breathing. My mini-exercises can easily be used throughout the day to reconnect to one's inner state of wholeness. My sessions can be done by phone or in person.
Yoga Bird is a program designed to create a community of like minded people interested in developing their own health
and well being, as well as the health and well being of their children through yoga. Yoga classes for kids and adults are offered. Private sessions for families are available, as well as therapeutic private sessions for children with Autism and ADHD and their families.
We offer classes in Hatha and Kripalu style yoga. We offer classes seven days a week. We have six registered teachers
at our studio. We typically have between five to ten students per class which allows us to give personal attention to each student. We now offer an introductory 5 classes for $25 must be a new client. We also, offer an array of massage services specializing in Therapeutic massage. All of our yoga teachers are Yoga Alliance Registered and Licensed Massage Therapists.

The Zenhaling™ Teacher Training program can be done in your own space, at your own pace and will enhance your existing knowledge and add solid content to your current arsenal of exercises and techniques that you teach. you want to discover the benefits of yoga in midlife or beyond, or are seeking a mindful practice to reduce stress, Val offers classes and individual instruction tailored to your needs. Val's priority is to bring you a joyful experience for mind body and spirit in a safe and comfortable space.
All classes are designed for anyone (beginner to advanced) interested in yoga. We will focus on Pranayama (breath control), Dharana (concentration) and alignment using Asana (classical yoga poses). Throughout our class, we will learn yoga philosophy based on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, as described by Patanjali. Every class will conclude with Dhyana (Meditation).
Jyoti Yoga Studio offers a hatha based practice. Classes offered are Vinyasa flow for the avid yogi and a slow flow
for the yogi building their practice. Either way, all are welcome to attend any class! Having a daily yoga practice assists in whole body strength, flexibility, and mental endurance all while aligning your body and strengthening your core. Jyoti Yoga Studio focuses on movement through breath, helping to steady your mind and physical stamina through a series of yoga poses. By stepping on your mat, you will build upper body, back, and core strength that helps support your spine, along with lengthening the body and tightening your legs.

Yoga for the Average Guy & Gal
This class integrates poses that will help you loosen up and teach you methods of
breathing, ultimately improving your performance in the Krav Maga and Martial Arts programs at Premier Martial Arts (However, you do not have to be a martial arts student, all are welcome!). There are no complicated poses and no foreign words; this class is stress free and for the average guy and gal. Through this class your flexibility, range of motion, and recovery will improve, allowing you to gain an edge in your training. This class is good for all levels of participants and you can advance and challenge yourself at your own pace.
Saturdays from 7:30-8:30am starting September 7th There will be no classes 11/2, 11/30, 12/21, 12/28. Classes may be subject to change.
$12/class (Drop ins Welcome!) or 10 class package for $100 Cash or checks can be given to instructor. We apologize but no refunds can be given for unused classes.

TriYoga, founded by Kali Ray, is a systematic method which includes the full spectrum of traditional yoga practices. TriYoga Flows, a complete hatha yoga method, is the union of posture, breath, and focus - that is, asana, pranayama, and mudra. This practice is by the nature of its origin, deeply meditative and transformative. The method is as gentle or as challenging as desired, in that the Flows are systematized by level. Students may progress from basics to advanced as they increase their flexibility, strength, endurance and knowledge of the method.
