Rebirthing Breathwork is a one on one style of breathwork designed to relieve stress, change your way of thinking,
and heal emotional fears and hurts suppressed into the subconscious. This form of breathwork yoga increases levels of prana and is beneficial on all levels, increasing the quality of life by making forgiveness natural, dissolving blame, owning your choices, and creating joy in life.
Judith presents seminars every other month, starting in January,the last Sunday of the month 9-5, to introduce people to the philosophy and practice of Rebirthing-Breathwork.

I recently expanded my business to include teaching yoga sessions at local businesses. I am also available for one time Yoga gatherings with your friends at my home yoga space at the Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center.
For Private Seesions, we will first meet at a mutual and safe public area for introductions and discussions of your Yoga goals. All my training is Hatha Yoga in the Svaroopa Yoga Style with 200+ training hours. I have been teaching and studying Yoga for 13+ years.
Svaroopa Yoga is the easiest an a very gentle form of yoga which focuses on total release of the spine.
