Kaleena has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, which she pursued out of her desire to help people who needed guidance.
Following the birth of her second child she took her first yoga class and was hooked from day one. After personally discovering and benefiting from the powers of yoga, she decided that this was a amazing path and wanted to share and guide others along they're own journey . Kaleena earned her 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher credential from A New Day Yoga, Affiliate of Finding Inner Peace. She is also CPR certified. She hopes to bring what she has and continues to learn so as to improve the health and well being of others.
Yogassage is a form of massage that aids the body in relaxation into yoga postures. Kundalini is a style of yoga that
aids in the awakening of your spiritual powers and awareness. The Amrit style is a meditative approach that emphasizes the reflective and meditative aspects of yoga practice. Yogassage prices are $100 per 1 1/4 hour session. Reiki healing sessions are $35 per each 1/2 hour. Past Life Regression $100 per hour.

Blissful Moment Yoga Studio offers yoga classes in Svaroopa® yoga. This style of yoga is a deeply healing, gentle
style of yoga focusing on the release of deep spinal tensions. With this release, there is a related release in the body and the mind. A relaxed and blissful state, a quieting of the mind, and a release of deep body tensions are all benefits of Svaroopa® yoga. We also offer Yoga Nidra, an ancient transformative yoga meditation practice. Space is limited and pre-registration is necessary for all classes.
200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training.
6 month Program includes:
27 weeks of asana and Sutra classes – & 6 weekend intensives
as well as workshops with guest speakers. Class size will be limited to 8 students to give an exceptional Teacher Training Experience! Lots of time for personal attention. Every Wednesday evening from 6:30 pm – 10:00 pmstarting on January 9, 2013 and ending on graduation date of July 10th (27 weeks). If cancellations occur because of inclement weather conditions, the weekly Wednesday class is pushed out to the next week.
6 Weekend Intensives once a month with workshops and/or guest speakers. Each Weekend Intensive starts with a Yoga Class on both Saturday and Sunday. Weekend Intensives hours for both days: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (your books can be kept in the studio on Saturday night)
