It teaches the student how to experience profound relaxation with attentive awareness, overcoming addictions, anxiety and stress, to name a few. Amy's joyful spirit and calming voice allows the student to be completely at ease in order to enter the posture of consciousness, a time-less state of being.
Lisa Votta is an experienced, certified 200 Hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor. She completed her training through
the American Viniyoga Institute. She is also registered with the National Yoga Alliance and insured. She is Red Cross certified in CPR/First Aid/AED. Classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience. Lisa is also a certified USUI REIKI Master/Teacher and offers training as well as treatments.
