Amrit yoga is a mix of Hatha (breath and asana) and Raja (meditation), founded by Yogi Amrit Desai. It teaches the student how to experience profound relaxation with attentive awareness, overcoming addictions, anxiety and stress, to name a few. Amy's joyful spirit and calming voice allows the student to be completely at ease in order to enter the posture of consciousness, a time-less state of being.
Lisa Votta is an experienced, certified 200 Hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor. She completed her training through

OM Kids Yoga Center Is a studio just for kids! We take the ancient practice of yoga, and translate it into a language
