Classes taught at the Summit Activities Center. A typical class begins with 3-5 minutes for centering the mind, observing breathing, and setting an intention for class. Next is a short period for warming and stretching the muscles and opening the joints. Variations on sun salutations are used to warm-up, followed by a flowing sequence of standing poses and then seated poses. A 10 minute guided relaxation ends the hour long classes. Shorter classes end with 5 minutes of relaxation.
